Meadowlands By the Park
A high priority design feature in Meadowlands by the Park is the inclusion of green space. This includes an extra wide path that weaves across the development. It's an old-style, lantern lit path that includes mail delivery gazebos: an anchoring feature for community life. Along with the path there are many large green areas that dot the development adjacent to homes. The larger green spaces will eventually provide the backdrop for garden homes and multi-family sites. All of this green space goes far beyond the minimum 10% prescribed by the Municipal Government Act. Our narrowest lots are at least 20% wider than comparable lots in other subdivisions.
